Two political prisoners continue the hunger strike: Ihar Bantsar (from 3 March) and Dzmitry Furmanau (from 11 March). There are at least 287 political prisoners in Belarus


Aliaksei Melnikau was sentenced to 5 years in jail for participating in protest on 10 August. According to him he was next to “Riga” shopping mall and when “a wall of OMON” came closer he was asking them to put the shields down, however, he was arrested
