Stand With Belarus
There are at least 4 political prisoners in Belarus who are on hunger strike: Natalia Hersche (from 22 February), Ihar Bantsar (from 3 March), Ihar Losik (from 11 March) and Dzmitry Furmanau (from 11 March)
The Prosecutor General’s Office believes that the doctor Artsiom Sarokin and tutby journalist Katsyaryna Barysevich received too soft sentences and filed an appeal to the Minsk City Court
Raman Bandarenka was beaten to death at a police station/van. The authorities claimed that Raman was under the influence of alcohol (their logic is that it’s ok to kill drunk). Artsiom and Katsyaryna proved that Raman was sober at time of death
Artsiom was sentenced to 2 years in jail (1 is suspended) and Katsyaryna – 6 month in jail.
Today is exactly 4 month since Raman’s death and residents of Peremen Square (Square of Changes) made a video to commemorate the hero

Valeria – candidate of chemical sciences, associate professor, lecturer at the Belarusian State University of Transport. OMON raided her house on March 7, and arrested Valeria for taking photos with white-red-white flag.
