Yesterday journalist of Belsat_Eng, Zmitser Soltan was released from jail after serving 15 days. He stated that police punched him in the stomach for answering their questions. He was arrested for alleged hooliganism together with another journalist Lyubou Lunyov


Inside The Games: Today the National Olympic Committee of Belarus may be suspended from the Olympics. The participation of Belarus under state flag at Tokyo 2020 is also expected to be high on the agenda at the IOC Executive Board


The regime introduced strict price regulation for food and medicine. Until the end of February it is forbidden to raise prices, and from March 1 – no more than 0.2% per month. Similar decision was implemented in 2020 (except it was 0.5%) which totally failed and it was cancelled



A political prisoner, Palina Sharenda-Panasyuk was taken to a psychiatric hospital for examination. She will spend half a month there. Palina was detained in her own apartment on 3 January and a criminal case initiated against her: “violence against a police officer”

Palina is a mother of 2 children and wife of an activist of the civil campaign “European Belarus” Andrei Sharendo. Andrei was also arrested and spent 12 days in jail


Wonder women of Belarus remind that Belarusians are not stopping their actions to free themselves from the regime for 200 days.

Anastasia Perevoshchikova sentenced for another 30 days in jail after serving 45 days. She was sentenced for a photo with white-red-white flags.


Kirill Shvabovsky was supposed to be released today after 10 days of imprisonment for jogging in a forest in solidarity with repressed athletes. However, a court decided that it wasn’t enough for Kirill and another 15 days were added
